At P Johnson, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring all original tags and designer labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
